Ooooh tomorow is the ball! So this deserves a post. Post post post. Because i am really slack at posting. But first...

Whats happened recently?: 48hours is what. Its this film competition where you have to write, shoot, edit, and produce a film in 48 Hours. Sounds fun aye. Well this year was my first attempt into this competiton and i joined a team of randoms, people who ive never met before. I advertised myself on the forums as someone with a bit of experience and a computer for editing. And another group in the howick area asked me to join theres. They all lived within walking distance to me which was quite convienient. It turned out that i almost took over the directing part and did all of the camera work, editing and organised lighting. Which was quite an experience for me, who has limited experience in producing films. Our genre was Monster Movie, so we had to make a movie about a monster. The idea we came up with was a Cop who was investigating several Bloody Murders. Then later on we realise that he is the monster killing these people. It turned out quite awfull, with bad acting an gaping plot holes but i was very happy with what we produced. I came out with new friends *all of whom were older than me, which was a bit awkward for me but i got over it), new skills and a lot more experience. Also i am even more certain that filmmaking is what i want to spend the rest of my life doing.

So this years ball is going to be more exciting than last, hopefully. I do have a date, im going with my close friend Melissya. Not sure about the afterball though. Whatever is happening, i have no idea. Still not sure whether i want to be drinking or not. We may see what happens, but i cant turn down a glass of wine at the pre-ball (and the rest of the bottle for the after-ball). Its been so freaking long since ive had a good drink. My social life seems to have dwindled to next to nothing in the past few weeks, not sure why that is but its saving me alot of money in drinks.

Something tells me something significant is going to happen tomorow night. Dont know what and dont know who with, but i can just sense that something will happen. Its nights like these that can bring people to their emotional edge, stuff comes out during balls and afterballs. It happened last year, it always happens (in saying that i cant quite remeber anything significant happening at last years ball, ill have to read my posts again). Anything could happen tomorow night, it excites me and scares me.

Tomorow is hard out ball preparation, get my hair done, buy a new tie and/or hat. The most important thing tomorow night is fun (and perhaps hooking up with someone if the oppertunity arises). I just want to put all my troubles, all my quarrels, all my issues behind me and just have a night to remember.

Just came back from Filming a Gig of a band called Illicit. Ears are still ringing. Soothe them with the sweet sound of The Shins. My camera was getting serviced so i had to use one of the shitty school camera's. So i dont know how its going to look but i dont care too much now.

Updated my user info page. First person to complain about spelling and grammar gets shot. Its about time i made some creative intro to myself. I suck at writing tho. Just one of thoes skills which im not to hot with. Which is why i get other people to write for me. Perhaps i should hire a ghost writer to do my live journal. Maby then ill have regular updates.

Oh and im single for the ball. Dammit, Megan decided not to go at the last minute, leaving me no time to get someone else to bring. Which is a bit of a shame. But i dont really care about it too much, its better on your own anyway, if your with a big group of mates. I might go with Melissa however, but im not sure if she will be comming to the ball with me or just meeting there. Either way im not going to get concerned about it. Ball is going to be fun, i guarantee it. Fun Fun Fun. Better venue, DJ and Food than last year apparantly. EEEE cant wait, not long to go. Its on June 10th.

Im entering the 48hour film competition, you basically have to produce a film in 48 hours. Im joining this random team whom i met through the internet. Saves me having to organise my own team which i would hate to do. Too much stress for me. Ill be editing and possibly filming. Anything would be cool, missed out on getting a team together the last couple of years so im happy i could get one this time.

Primals been awesome lately. Huge events comming up. Primal Battle of the bands is starting this thursday with the heats. Ill be operating the lighting for it which will be a good chance for me to get some lighing experience. Then the Finals on June 2nd will be huge. Im in charge of organising the Visuals for the event. 5 camera's all over the place and awesome graphic intro's for the bands. Its going to be so wicked. Im so thankfull for the opertunity that God has given me through working for Primal. I love being part of this team.

Ive Got a Bass Guitar! Its awesome. Bought it for $50 bucks off a friend. Its kinda old and battered but still plays well. Im gonna get lessons sometime and see how i go from there. Also as my brothers friend Louis leaves his Awesome Bass amp at my place i can use it for practice. Yay.

Accually i have always wanted to learn the bass. Just been to bloody lazy to start. But now i can. Im hoping this is the beggining of the end of my lazyness to start things. Ill be doing an awesome documentary for media studies. Its on the topic of Psychics and mind powers and why people use them. Ive got brian (not brian webb) to write it because i am an awfull writer. Its going to be clever, informative, interesting, funny and moving at the same time. I have really good expectations for this one.

For thoes of you not fortunate enough to be on my friends list, im back!

HUZZAH!

Well what am i up to these holidays. Nothing incredibly mentionable. Been out a few times, had lunch with Caitlin (now ex girlfriend, long story), and again with melissa. Going to have lunch with Megan on tuesday and possibly Jess if we get around to it. I like lunches.

Oh and i saw the rolling stones. FANTASTIC!!!! BEST CONCET EVAH!! I had the awesomest seats, right up close to the action, sorta. Just a bit to far to the side for my tastes. The security was annoying as, wouldnt let us move anywhere. Im just checking out the stage and how they were doing things and walking about. Every security guard i passed would ask me for my ticket and point my seat out for me. Damm that was annoying. But the Concert was just fabulous. The best stage performace ever, Mic Jagger is just amazing the way he moves on stage, i dont know how he does it but im impressed. Just so amazingly entertaing, despite not being a hard out rolling stones follower before the concert. Every song was played with so much energy, i could help but rock out. Hard to believe how old they are.

Then my compter is buggered, almost . Well accually its fine but my main hard drive is buggered. Which holds all my Design and Graphics work. And im not happy about losing it. I might be able to rescue it all which would be awesome but im not sure if i can right now. Otherwise its 3 years of design work gone! *sob*.

Anyway, im going to make updating my livejournal a regular thing, again. Livejournal i love you, im so sorry i deserted you, please forgive me *grovels*.

Big day Out

Heres the Obligatory Big Day Out Post. Sorry its late, as usual

So i got up at around 7 to get there early. Unfortunatly as i was too late to organise a ride i had to take the bus. I took the bus into the city, listening to Franz Ferdinand on the way to get me in the mood. Then from the city i got picked up by Caitlin. I met her at Getaway. So I went to Big Day Out with Caitlin and her friend (melissa i think her name was). We got there and i left the company of my friends to have a wander. Saw a bit of Deja Voodoo. They were great, really got me into the mood.

After that i met up with Jess and Bek, I had met jess on livejournal and got to meet her in person finally. Then bumped into Brian, Sarah, Alana and Amy by coincident, wasnt planning on spending much time with them but walked around a bit with sarah and amy. Had a look at the shops ect. Wanted to buy some badges but they didnt seem to have the ones i wanted there.

Then i saw Pluto down at the main stage. They have some fantastic songs, must download get their album sometime. I was watching them with caitlin who likes pluto a lot. Then my eyes started stinging because of the sweat and sunscrean going into my eyes. I have very sensitive eyes. Proberbly brought on from years of wearing glasses. After Pluto there was The Living End. I wasnt too interested in them as i hadnt heard much of their music and thought they were just a simple punk band. But oh i was wrong. I was going to move on but then i saw they had a Double Bass instead of a bass guitar. And that instantly gave the band credibility in my books. Any band that uses a double bass instead of a bass guitar must be good! And they were. I even went up for a bit of moshing even though i didnt want to because it would be too hot this time of day. And it was but still great fun. And in their mosh pit i found this broken watch. I just saw it lying on the ground and thought "OMG! whats the time!?" So i picked it up and put it in my pocket. Later on i found that the strap hadnt been broken and could be put back together fine, so i got myself a new watch. SCORE!!

Magic numbers was another great sounding band. I didint get to listen to them much but i liked what i heard. I heard a bit of Kings of Leon and they sounded good, but i was too tired to go have a propper listen. Then i left to buy something ive always tried to avoid: A band tsirt. And what other tshirt that one of my favorite band: Franz Ferdinand. This one was red and black striped like the ones they wear in their Do you want to video, with the Franz logo on the front. I just had to have one. Expensive at $45 but i had to have one peice of Merchandise from my all time favorite band.

The Go! Team was a band which i had not heard much of before but from what i heard they sounded pretty good. Quite a unique band, with 2 drumkits and several band members who swapped instruments each song. The first few songs were allright but not as interesting as i thought they should be, but once the crowd got into it there was dancing and everything. It was great dancing to them and not having a bloody mosh pit.

The next important band was Shihad, but i had to sacrifice seeing their live act so i could cue up for another band. But i heard shihad and they were awesome as usual. However, i wanted to get a good place for Franz Ferdinand. I waited about an hour infront of their empty stage, waiting for them to set up. But it was well worth it. i got a fantastic place in the mosh, right up front. Perhaps 2 meters from the edge of the mosh. Great view. And i was waiting with Caitlin who was just as excited as i was. This was my favorite band for nearly 2 years playing Live! right infront of me. Then they finally got onstage and played This Boy as their first song. OMG FANTASTIC! I couldnt help but shout the words out as i knew them all and so did a lot of the people around me. I can remember the entire set, but the played all my favorite songs, including Dark of the matinee and Michael. The last song was This Fire which was proberbly one of the best they played. Especialy when their 5th member (who plays in some of their songs) came out and jumped on to the drum platform and began playing the drums from behind. And that was pretty cool. Having 2 people on one drum kit. Then one of the soundie's also joined in. So 3 people where playing on the one drumkit, sounded fantastic. Great to see that sort of thing live on stage! The only thing that would have made it better would be if there was no mosh pit and everyone was dancing instead. They are a band for dancing, not moshing. And they should have played Darts of Pleasure. But apart from that, it was FRANTASTIC!! $110 well spent i think.

After that i met up with Jess waiting for the mars volta, they were good and i wanted to hear more but i left with Jess and Bek to get a good place for The White Stripes, Which was a bit pointless because it was allready packed and they were ages from playing. Their stage was all decked out in red and white with cool banners and everything. They have a great live act, just like Franz. They have some great songs too, Seven nation army Being my favorite. After that i went into the boiler room and heard the most fantastic trance. Best i had heard in ages. Then it was time to go home. Finding dad was a bit of a mish, i didnt really know the place that well and had no idea which way to walk to find dad. Took half an hour to find him.

So overall the big day out was GREAT. Definitly worth the $110 and the damage to my computer tan.

Whata fantastic party!

I had my party last night. And it was fantastic. Great atmosphere, plenty of drinks, Awesome music. Best party ive ever had at my place.

All day saturday, after i got back from clarks, i was hastly tyding up and organising everything. I got a haircut and some new clothes. So my hair is a bit tidyer, but im not overly happy as i feel my hair has lost a lot of its personality, but it will proberbly grow back. And i got this cool blue shirt and an awesome hat.

Niki arrived first and we spent a few minutes awkwardly talking while we waited for everyone else to arrive. Then Jake, Scott A, Scott D, Blake and Ash arrived, and then we got going. Jake had bought some alcohol for me, a 12 pack of heinekens and some woodstocks. Also blake bought me a small bottle of Jim Bean which he swapped for some beers. Then Brian ([info]boredbrian), and Michael came with Jessie and This random chick who was in my 3rd form class called rowena. I had to guess her name and where she came from, i could hardly remember her. Then [info]experiencesarah and [info]mezziekins came with amy at around 8, so everyone was here. Except for Jade, Jo, Tim (who came later), And Lauren. The drinks came out and we had fun. Ash was talking and camming with his friend Cody, whos really good at knocking people down verbally. He pwned my brother glen for being an emo by saying "why are you so depressed, is it because ur parents cant afford to buy u girl pants." And other phrases like that. So Glen has earned the nickname "Girl Pants". Brian buggered off with jessy, rowena, amy, sarah and merrin down to the beach so we walked down there and spent some time there. By that time i had drunk a bit too much and was saying alot of bollocks. So niki wasnt terribly amused i assume, she couldnt drink much because she had a rehersal that night. But me and Ash were rambling on about various aspects of internet culture such as "fap fap fap" (simple yet brilliant, how did they think of that one) and the O RLY owl (why the hell do we find it funny?). Down the beach there was this random guy who apparantly knew who i was vaguely. That was random. But he heard my name and said he rememberd it from school or something. Then we walked off and brian went home, taking sarah, amy, merrin, jessy and rowena with him because he was their only lift home. so that sort of turned our party into a bit of a sassauge fest. But it was still good, drinking with all my mates, and with my ex gf (who i was getting rather attracted to at the time). Back home we watched a bit of The Rocky Horror Picture Show and sang along with that. Then danced and did all sorts of crazy stuff. Michael and Scott D were drinking a bottle of vodka and were by far the most drunk people there. Blake just kept drinking. Then niki left and it was just us guys mucking about. Michael was wasted and threw up off the deck. Then he wanted to walk home so Tim and scott walked him home. Then i just got tired and went to bed with Scott, tim and Blake left at my house. So yea, it was a great party, i dont have any photos as i didnt get around to taking any. But it was good. Best party ive ever had at my place. Well i havent had many at my place but i should do it more often. My parents wernt as invasive as i thought they would be. They got out of the way and surpisingly didnt seem to mind all the drinking that much. So im quite pleased with it all.

I have 2 cans of woodstock, 4 heinekens and half of a small bottle of Jim Bean left in my room. Ill save it all for another special occasion, its hard for me to get hold of alcohol. Although i am not too keen on getting drunk again. I like drinking but i dont like getting to the stage when ur not in complete control of your actions. When i drink i tend to just talk, excessivly, about absolute bollocks. Crap that no one cares about or knows about. So i prefer not to go that far, just a few drinks will do me fine. Unless its vodka which i love.

Exams Nearly Over

Hello Friends.

So ive had all but one of my exams. Media studies was hard but i did ok. English was murder, Drama was different to what i expected and maths was just... Well its over now. Just got physics left and i dont know how bad im going to do on that one. At the moment i really couldnt care less about my physics exam. I know i havent studied enough but i really dont care that much. Im not doing it next year (thank god) and its not going to help me much with my film making career. After tuesday im free and i can spend the rest of my days relaxing and doing bugger all. Unfortunatly i will have school next year so ill have to cut short my 'procrastination into perpetuity' holiday.

Accually next year, starting on january, im going to be trying to get together some kind of film crew to make a film. Now im not sure how, or with who, or what were going to do but i just want to do something. I dont care if i have to join another crew to do it either. But ive got the whole of december to get something together. And if your a good script writer on my Friends list then write me a script please. Writing is the one thing i cant do in film making. And thats going to be a but if a hinderance when i get to film school. But ill keep you guys posted on what i get up to.

Oh and my iPod, i love it. Its fantastic. And ive been getting into podcasting too. Ive started to listen to heaps of podcasts including the Daily Source Code and Barefoot Radio and other shows like that. So im getting rather hooked into it. Accually id love to do a podcast of my own. Podcasting is alot like internet radio except that shows are prerecorded and can be downloaded and played on your computer put on your mp3 player. And ive done a bit of internet radio with nick and Freezing Point Radio (which was a bit of a shambles mostly, a very long drawn out shambles accually). but im in talks with nick and with the guys at Recoil.net.nz (gaming community im part of) to see if anyone is interested in starting a podcast.

My party is next weekend. I think ive invited too many people but it should be allright. Lauren isnt sure if she can come or not which sucks because shes my closest friend at the moment. But Merrin from australia will be there which should be fun. I just hope my parents dont get pissed off if things start getting wild and people start drinking too much. so im going to bail them off to the movies if i can.

Yesterday i had a fun day with lauren. We met up in Howick for lunch but went up to botany because we couldnt find anywhere to eat. We had sushi then walked around botany. Then we sat down in Famers and watched black books on my iPod. Its the funnies show ever, if you havent seen it, then see it... now. But anyway, it was allright.

Oh and ive got this cool as movie room now. Our downstairs lounge used to be filled with all this crap and boxes of whatnot and was also my office. Now ive gotten rid of everything and put an old TV plugged into my computer. So i have this movie room with my big stereo speakers and bean bags and everything. I watched Pulp Fiction on it the other day and it was great. Quite a complicated set up but im working on improving it. Might get a better TV if i can. Anyway, im going to watch lost on my fabulous new TV set up. Might be going to see Harry Potter today with lauren, ive been told it will own my pants. So im expecting something good.

Saturday started with me making a film for my friend Tim H's House Captain campaign. Basically has running for house captain but im his campaign manager. So i have to make posters and badges and create a video for him. Ill proberbly have to write his speech too. Well we walked all the way into school to film this video. And spent ages trying to get a few lines said. We filmed about 10 mins of him saying the same line over and over again because he couldnt get it right. But anyway, i have to finish it tomorow at school then spend ages working on post production.

Yellow Brick Road was awesome tho. We took the bus into the city and walked to the venue. On the bus i saw roxanne. I had known her from youthgroup but hadnt seen her for ages. I didnt notice her right away as she had black hair and i had always known her to be blonde. And then she said hi to me when we were getting off the bus. Turns out she was going to YBR too. So me, Tim h, Blake, Michael and Scott went together to the dance party and it was freaking awesome. Much better than the last one we went to. It could have been a fraction louder tho. Anyway, i was dancing hard out and did some pretty killer moves that got me a bit of attention at one point. Me and Tim H would be doing all these crazy moves that dont belong in mosh pits. Starting with the 'YMCA' and then some 80's John Farnharm dancing and some saturday night fever dancing and so on. Then we did our ceroc dance routene we learnt at parachute. Also i did the really crass bogan dance move that sarah taught me. Sarah, you would have been proud. Its the one where you put one arm in the air or behind your head and grab your shin with the other one. Hop on one foot and make in and out movements. Thats the easyest way of explaining it.

Well as the night went on i was taking a break every half hour almost, im not too good with the endurance dancing. I looked for roxanne because i wanted to dance with someone i knew. But i couldnt find her. However i did meet this chick who looked alot like Tim H's ex Abbi (we try not to talk about her these days). And I was like "OMFG is that Abbi" Because me and her arnt exactly on speaking terms, no idea why, so i didnt want to get noticed. But turns out it wasnt Abbi. So i danced with her several times. It was fun. Her name was Cassey (or something like that). She was very short and from the North Shore. I thought she was 16 but turns out she was 19! She thought i was 18 tho (which was quite flattering).

When it finished we had to go to the bus stop. On the way we pulled into this dairy and got something to eat. Then we realised we might not have enough money for the bus. And then as we were counting our money on the ground outside this dairy, WE GOT MUGGED! Well not really, but it was kind of like that. These guys who were around our age came around the corner and saw us counting our money, and one of them walked over to take our money. We had like $5 on the floor and he just takes it and is like "u wana fight" as he would be, And then Scott, being the expert negotiator he is, started arguing with him, then there was some crap like that, im not sure what happened. But it wasnt as if they were just going to hand back $5. And we needed that money for the bus. But basically they walked away and didnt make a fight. But we lost $5. However for that $5 we got a great story to tell. The whole thing was kinda stupid, u can expect these sorts of things to happen at 1am in the middle of the city. It was a really bad idea to just go counting money on the ground in the middle of auckland. But atleast no one got hurt and they bus driver let us on the bus even though we were a bit short. Then there was this chap on the bus in front of us who was telling us how he got mugged in the middle of queen st. Nice bloke he was. Then went on about his asian gf and how asian women are the best. And went on about all the different nationatlities of women he had shagged. Rather interesting conversation accually.

I got home at about 3am. Having danced my ass off and getting mugged, i was tired. So i retreated back to bed and slept for 5 hours. I had to wake up at 8 to go to church and run the Powerpoint presentation for the service. I could barely stay awake. And then i had to work at foodtown. After half an hour of pushing trolleys uphill, i got a really sore as back and neck. And now they still hurt, so im going to go to bed, goodnight.

Well obviously you may have noticed that i have been away from my livejournal for a while. This sudden and uninformed hiatus was caused by many factors including the need for some relaxatin and ann exxsessive amount of drama, also i was getting sick of it. However i have decided that i do not want to give up on my LJ as it is something i have commited to. So now im back.

Now some of you may have noted my absence. If you did, well done for being so observant. And thanks for saying "where is Timz0r?" whenever you read your friends page. If you did notice that ive been gone then fair enough, uve proberbly got too many friends to notice one going missimg. Either that or, like me, you dont really care for half the peoples entries on your friends page and my entries are the ones you casualy skim over. Fair enough, i do that alot too. It just gets too much sometimes, which is part of the reason i stopped updating my LJ. However i read my friends page regually for some reason. Ive still got to kick that habbit.

Well what has happened in the life of Tim since. The holidays were ok, did alot, then did not alot, then wasted time and should have been working on my monologue for drama or studied english. If there was an exam for procrastination, i would get excellence. Ive started to practice DDR, (Dance Dance Revolution, look it up people) ive got the songs downloaded and printed off the step sheets. Im going to be a DDR Pro in no time. Well not really, but im getting alot better at it. Whenever everyone goes out i put the music on and have a practice. Its fun, i wonder how long it will last.

Also Exams are comming up. And shit, im stressing out hard, in the way i usually do.... procrastinating. I just cant study. Just sitting down and revising is too hard. Ill end up getting distracted. Theres so much else i could be doing. Like studying the road code. Ive finally decided to get off my arse and start to get my learners licence. I should have started about 2 years ago. Im going to be kicking myself when i hit uni and only have a restricted licence.

At the moment the house is a shambles. Mums on holiday with some relatives. So the kitchens a mess, no one to take us to school and so on. Catherines being a bitch (my sister). Shes gone and peirced the top of her ears with safety pins. So mums gone and grounded her (doesnt happen often) but catherine doesnt seem to understand this and thinks she can still go of to whatever she likes. And throughout the holidays, theve had band practice at my place. My brother and sister are in this hardcore emo band. they have practice here heaps. The holidays were unbearable. Their band just plain sucks. It sounds bloody awfull, even for a hardcore band. I have to get out of the house everytime they play because its so bad and loud and distracting. I rue the day my parents ever bought my brother a drumkit.

The Big Day Out is announced. Its a Massive Rock Festivle in Auckland in January (as massive as they get here in NZ). The only 2 bands im interested in are Franz Ferdinand and The white stripes. Franz Ferdinand is of course one of my favorite bands at the moment (their new album is secks!) so im definitly going.

Also ive met up with Sandy who i met on Live Journal. Weve been discussing some film ideas. Ive got one great idea about some chick who plays the Piano obsessivly and we have to form a storyline around it. So it should be great. Looking towards filming it in the school holidays. Getting something done. Should be awesome. Finally being able to produce something real. So i want to prove my worth as a director and see if its really where i should be heading. Im thinking wether i should try and become a director or perhaps concentrate on editing or camera operation. At the moment i really like the idea of directing.

Well at the moment im really overworked. I have to complete a poster and a ticket for my youthgroups Ball, I also have to do all the campaign work for Tim H's Campaign for House Captain. That includes producing a Poster, Badges and a Video. I also have stacks of homework and study i should be doing, I also need to be working on my monologue for drama, my formal writing for english, caching up on the maths work ive missed, doing the media studies homework, cleaning my desk, cleaning the kitchen, all that sort of stuff. Ugh, i hate it. Tomorow im going into the city to pick up badges for Tim and film his video. Then im going to Yellow Brick Road, another dance party like the last one i went to. Sunday i have to operate the Powerpoint for church and then go to work. I dont know how im going to cope on sunday after staying up till 2am dancing my ass off. Then i have heaps of stuff to do. Arg i hate it.

Well thats a long entry to make up for my 2 weeks without. Its good to be back. Now i want lots of comments so i can feel loved.

Lauren is back. She came back on Saturday. We saw eachother at work. She works in Seafood while i work on checkouts. So we get to take breaks together. Then we had another lovely sunday night conversation, walking down to this place overlooking the beach. I think we are making it a regualr sunday night thing to have a good converation outside. Luckly its getting warmer here.

Monday was the lan party with Clare, Ivan, Clark, Liz, Sean and Luee. All these shore people who ive just met, sort of. I got there at 6 and set up ect. Then got all the games installed. We payed Age Of Mytholgogy, Unreal Torniment 2004, Empire Earth, Battlefield 1942 and Command and Conquer Gerenals. The Age of Mythology game was great. Best AOM game ive ever played. But i got really tired at around 4am while everone else was still playing. And i just couldnt stare at my screen anymore. So i tried to sleep but all i could do is yawn rediculously for a few hours. Then i got picked up by clares mum and went back to her pace at around 10am.

After a lovely breakfast of bacon and eggs from clares mum, we went out to highburry to meet Lauren. Then we got 2 movies out, American Beauty and Chocolat. American Beauty was such a good movie. And i was snuggling up quite close to lauren, but not too much. But we are getting along quite well.

Finally the week is over. Oh its been hell. Well not really, but i am incredibly releved to be home with 2 weeks of holidays in front of me. Unfortunatly my film project had to be cancelled because one of the main actors had to pull out. It was one of the drama techers and i dont know who could replace her. And ive run out of time anyway. So im going to try and do something else during the holidays and not worry about the competition.

Lauren comes back tomorrow. HUZZAH!!!!! I missed her heaps.

My plans for the weekend are to relax mainly, chill out, try heaps of different new bands, try and get over my sexual tension which is rather distracting. Hopefully you will be getting a more laidback and less emo Timz0r in the next few weeks.

Nooo, laurens gone :( Well just for 8 days for her Jazz festivle in monteray *seething with jelousy*.

Exams are finished, Media studies was hard and i did kind of badly. Why do we have to write exams in essay form. Bullet points suit me better.

  • Going up to the city tomorow and ill meet up with clare and Xan. Might go see the new wallace and gromit movie.
  • Ive got to finish preparations for my film im doing. Finish storyboards, brieif actors, orgaise tech people, finalise shooting agendas, clean up sets and rearange furnnature, clear out hard disk space for editing, book equiptment, the list goes on. I hope this goes well.
  • Practice Drama perfromace for historic theater assessment. We perform on monday. Must work on my german accent.
  • Do some work on my Calender page for Digital design.
  • Tidy my desk, im missing several miniDV tapes under all this mess.
  • Sort out the problems with my monitor, may have to get a new one, annoying cos i just bought this one.
  • Must uninstall ICQ, waste of bloody time installing it. Annoying as hell.

Just an interesting thought

Our school has 2 drills. One is for the fire alarm where we go outside and assemble on thei field. The other is the containment alarm, where, in case of a threat to the students, we lock the doors and stay inside to stay safe.

However, what would happen if a mad man with a gun came to school and started lighting fires? Which bell would they ring? Should they keep us inside and let us all burn or send us out to get shot. I tell you, friends, this has puzzled me for days.

Wel tonight was Really quite good. Went to meet Lauren and Clare ([info]pine_apple_lump). Lauren just had an interview at Foodtown and got a job. So we might be working with each other.

We walked around howick and then took the bus to botany. Got some sushi, and saw 'The Wedding Crashers'. I quite liked it but it was a very typical Owen Wilson flick (him and his stupid nose). Some very funny parts tho especially the chararacter Todd (creepy closet gay artist type). But i suggest you see it, dont waste money in the theaters tho. It was a great night.
